I would tentatively like to say I have (accidentally) found a workaround for this, for both Classic and the newly released Titans. When in full-screen mode with an invisible cursor, press the windows key. The PA window will lose focus and your cursor (an animated PA one) will appear as your windows start menu opens. Click on PA again - it will be in focus again (hiding your taskbar and start menu) and the cursor will be invisible. Repeat this sequence quickly multiple times and at some point your cursor should remain. This fix (once applied) seems to last until you close the game, and even after a restart on one occasion. I had not played up to now due to this bug so this was a nice surprise for me, as an upgrade wasn’t really on the cards. Testing & confirmation would be welcomed if you have Vista and an older AMD video card.
