I was wondering if the mods would make a sub=forum for issues relating to technical issues? This way the BETA discussion and general forums are not populated with technical issues and those of us to like to help out, need not crawl through the other forums. I know we have a bugtraq system but there are many "gamers" whom would find that simply too difficult or out of their league. Additionally we could then move all the related sticky threads into this new subforum. Thank you.
Beta Technical issues go in the Beta Subforum. We don't need a proper Technical Support Sub forum until release really, not point mixing up the Alpha/Beta and Release stuff. Mike
To be fair current Beta forum have one serious problem. People who just bought game though Steam (or moved their key to Steam) and have crash on start can't access it because their accounts are not linked.
Actually bugtracker is for bugs and not for tech support, 90% of crashes posted here completely unrelated to game and need marked as Invalid. So I'm personally support that idea for 100% and I already started to create some how-to on troubleshooting.
