Hi there, me and some friends would be interested in the possibility to change our bundled PA-Kickstarter versions into Steam versions. We activated the keys right after they were send and before it was possible to transform them Steam-keys. Is it still possible to do so now (or on release)? sincerly, rafnek
Yes, you still can convert keys on Steam there: https://store.uberent.com/Account/MyKeys Keep in mind there is no way back, e.g once you converted key to Steam your UberNet activation and access to the game revoked till you activate Steam key and link both accounts (done automatically on first run via Steam). And obviously there is no way you can revert this, but even with game activated on Steam you'll able to use Uber Launcher (once accounts linked).
My key isn't shown on this page (it never was), but i'am capable to play. Is it possible, that only the account who bought the game (a friend bought a 4er-Pack) is capable of transforming the keys? thanks for the quick reply, rafnek
Hey Raf - your account rafnek looks like it is already linked to a Steam account, as your ownership of the game is being identified as a Steam key - which would be the case if it was either bought through Steam, or provided by someone else. If you have further questions about the access, you should contact support@uberent.com, but as far as I can tell, your account is already Steam linked.
Problem solved, the friend who purchased the versions had the option to transform the keys for us others. Thanks for your quick responses everyone! May we will sacrifice our commanders on a pile of scrap metal and stardust one day! - CLOSED -
