Polls with more than one option per user are broken. They display the sum of options selected by all voters as the number of "votes", and use this number to determine what percent of people voted for each item. I doubt this is how it should work. See: viewtopic.php?f=61&t=36439 The total number of votes (as me writing this) is 47. The sum of items selected is 47. I voted for 6 items. Can this be fixed?
I believe the options are working as intended, though I can see in this particular case the result you want isn't quite handled by the system. I'm not sure if this is something that can be fixed as we just use an "off the shelf" forum system and I don't believe they support the format you want.
