[POLL]Would it bother you if release was pushed back? (Non backers please, they all vote no)

?

Would you be bothered by pushing release back?

  1. Yes, they gave us a timetable and I expect them to follow it.

    3.0%
  2. I'd be fairly annoyed but I'd rather the game release when it's ready instead of in a broken state.

    6.1%
  3. I'd tolerate it for a little while, but I really want this game to come out as fast as it can!

    3.0%
  4. No, I'd much prefer that the game comes out ready instead of broken and I wouldn't mind a wait.

    57.6%
  5. Matters of gods are not to be pondered by mere mortals like ourselves.

In the theoretical situation of the game not being ready in a month, would those of you who aren't in the beta be bothered if they pushed the release back instead of releasing as is?

This is a no brainer. The game deadline should be pushed back, and I'm fine with that.

This is a repeat of a poll in the backers lounge. People there all voted no because obviously everyone there was able to play the game. Not so here.

I think you mean everyone voted "no" that it would not bother them. Also the thread title and poll title in the other thread are very differently worded, which is confusing.

But that logic only makes very limited sense no matter if you are a backer or not.
The only difference between the "release" and what we have now is a few words and possibly changing the price from 60 to 40$. Anyone can get the game right now after all. You are basically asking:
"Would you be bothered if the game's price is not reduced to 40$ at the end of december?"

Why are all the options negative?

What about the last one? :p

Of course, this is assuming that the game isn't ready by mid December, otherwise the poll would be useless.

I do have access to the beta, but my PC can't really handle it, so I can't really play, so I voted. :p

And of course, it's smarter to release a better product to the outside world, so by all means, push the date back.
