Player Stat History?

The Unofficial Q&A thread looked a little intimidating.

Recently I've taken some time off away from the game, but I had a great night last night, probably the best I've ever had. I'm curious to see the actual numbers/spread, is that possible? Is there a public record of that info or for now is it lost as soon as you move on to the next game?

I've looked and can find nothing that shows a game-by-game breakdown. I see my career totals, but nothing saying on 12/29 the 1st game i played was at 7:29pm and I had x kills, y, assists, and z deaths, etc.
