This may or may not have been said in the backers lounge, but in the case that it hasn't been; implement a kick system in the player lobby. Its so irritating to wait for people for a full war party, and then have ONE guy go afk and have the entire party drop because people get sick of waiting for him to come back. Please. Please. Implement this in the next build of the game.
