So it's officially out now. Thought it could use a thread around these parts.

Polynomial, Jaeger server.

falcon505 and I idle in the Mumble channel a ton playing it. Been playing the beta for months.

I just started yesterday. I was expecting a First-Person MMO with DM/TDM/CTF/Etc instances.


Needless to say, I have no idea what I'm doing yet.

Yeah, there's a bit of a learning curve. Ask away if you can't info the answer elsewhere.

Got into the Beta a while ago, was horrible performance-wise. The lowest possible settings still looked amazing but didn't help much for FPS.

For me, low settings look like crap and the framerate still sucks in combat.

For comparison, I play SMNC on all 5's with 30 fps.

Its a beast. I'm running it in SLI personally.

I liked PS1 better

If it looked good I could understand but it looks terrible for me on low settings. It seems to be horribly unoptimized

I refuse to turn down render quality, because it made no difference except hurt my eyes.
