Planets appear black.

Someone please help me. After the metal and lava planet update, all of my planets appear black. Trees, Rocks and units appear just fine. Land, cracks, craters, mountains, and oceans all appear black, can't see the difference. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times, I have tried lowering the graphics to the game. If it helps, specs are:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40 GHz
Installed memory: 8.00 GB
System type: 64-bit Operating System
Display Adapter is AMD RADEON HD 6450

I apologize. When browsing after clicking Upload a File dxdiag will not appear even though All Files is selected and is the only selection, in the form below.

Then use an image hosting service like imageshack. Or reddit. Or 4ch---kkxxxxxssshhhhhh <carrier lost>

i am having the same problem. with the same graphics card. but i can't use the above update from amd, it says i don't have the required hardware. windows says my drivers are up to date anyway. any other way of fixing this?
