One small bug I have noticed was in one of my systems. I have two small moon (250 radius) orbiting one planet and in a certain part of there orbit they clip through each other and around half of each planet becomes unusual for a short time. Not sure if it has already been reported but I searched and did not really find any thing like this so I guess here it is .
they recently fixed them clipping into their orbiting body. They still need to fix clipping with peer bodies.
