    So I was wondering, if I get it will I be able to access it thru steam even if I bought it on this webpage?

    Yes, if you buy it though Uber store you'll able to convert it to Steam key.

    But exactly right now Uber Store is lack of steam keys, check this post from ubermaugustine:

    So probably you need to wait a bit before developers get more keys from Valve.
