Okay well my computer was really slow so I rebooted it and re downloaded steam then re downloaded Planetary Annihilation. But every time I click to play I get this screen When I first played PA I got this problem but I cant remember how I fixed it and I looked back at the old forum page I made and the link I was given isn't the same as it was so I didn't understand. are your video drivers up to date? the last two patches forced me to update before the game worked properly

Thanks, this managed to fix my problem but now my cursor wont show at all? so I cant get past the "Accept and decline" page because the cursor wont show, anyway to fix this?
It's AMD legacy drivers bug. You can play in windowed mode to bypass it or just use some fullscreen script like mine: https://forums.uberent.com/threads/windows-only-play-in-fullscreen-easy-how-to.50012/ I not completely sure, but possible know non-official fullscreen will leave cursor visible.
