planetary annihilation not purchasable through steam

tho im not sure if this is the right place, but im trying to buy this game through steam, so i will also get early acces. however, somehow, steam forgot to put a buy option on the game. also, the steam discussion forums for this game is not functioning. could any of the dev perhaps attent them onto this matter?
