I have run into multiple glitches in planetary annihilation. I know it is in beta right now so I hope these problems will be resolved in the final game:
    • Frequently (most often during a loading game), the game will just stop and quit. One second, I am in the loading screen, the next I am back on my desktop or steam (depending on if steam is in 'big picture')
    • In game speed is slow.
    • There is no real tutorial of any kind (even though it is quite straight forward)
    • I was expecting some kind of Mini-Map (maybe with certain features such as enemy location's and no fog of war in areas where your units have already gone not available until that 'area' of the mini-map is 'seen' by radar)
    • It takes a long time for ANYTHING to load (I have it by steam on Windows 8)
    • The System Editor is both slow to do anything (particularly loading a visual of the planet), and has a lot of confusing features such as a planets 'height limit'. does this refer to life forms(trees) natural terrain(mountains) or actual in game units.(perhaps a tutorial for this as well?) PS: Is it possible to specifically make the green areas where players can land there commanders in the system editor and why can't there be more than one starting planet when there are 4 or more players?
    • I would like to play solo against Computer generated AI Players instead of just 'jumping right into the deep end of the pool' with other human players, particularly as I think some of the slowness has to do with the game being online. When will this be available?
I hope that these glitches will be fixed in time, preferably when the full game goes public at the latest, and I also hope you find the info useful.

The better place for bugs is on the bug tracker, which can be found here: http://pa.lennardf1989.com/Tracker/

It is already possible to play against the AI. You start a custom match, click ready, and wait.

In game speed is slow? Do you mean frame rate? Or the units should move faster?

There's no tutorial because it's in beta. I'd recommend watching some matches to get a feel for the game. You can do so here: http://pamatches.com/

Mini-map is being discussed in great length. Looks like it'll end up being added, but we don't know. Either way, it's beta. We'll see if/when it gets added.
