planet thrustter confusing

    i have been trying to have a smashing day with 2 planets but i cant seem to have any effect with the 9 thrusts i build, so could a dev explain how they work planet size effect too if possible the planet i tried on was a moon size 2

    Someone posted in another thread stating that a radius 200 planetoid takes 3 thrusters, radius 300 = 25. So it quickly goes out of the realm of possibility with size. Try a very very small moon.

    Check the thread: Build Notes - 54357 / 54382

    Depending on planet size the are certain number of required thrusters for control. The required number is shown in the system screen.

    Yeah its still beta. its just the very basic that is it, thrusters point one way and the planet goes the other lol.

    Effects missing.

    And yeah UI is very confusing :p took me a good 30 min to get my moon to actually move.

    But it will come im sure.

    The thruster count does seem quite high well, or at least considering how expensive they are, not sure how you would ever get a chance to do this besides the AI. Even a smaller moon, i was messing about with and the ai, 25 thrusters. it literally almost killed my computer lol with so many workers.
