I'm wondering if it's possible to procedurally generate a planet so that metal deposits are always buildable on? I just had a starting location with one metal deposit. The next nearest and buildable was where the AI started... Also - can we start making a list of "good" map seeds/planet builds - Planets with a good strategic layer to them, with a good range of terrain and so on? EDIT: I'm assuming it uses the same procedural map generation that Anno 2070 does, where choosing the same map seed will give you consistent results. In this case, a bit of a planet building guide would be helpful for guidelines such as lots of mountains, lots of plateus, lots of mountains, etc. Terrain changes that restrict land bot/vehicle movement.
Planet generator change in every build, it's mean same parameters and seed will result in different planets, so until it's stabilized such list will be completely useless.

It's will only give consistent result if generation algorithm and used assets do not change between different versions of game. But currently any new PA build might change them and same seed will give you totally different planet.
sometimes it's the tier two one that's blocked, and sometimes, one is blocked with commander but when you come back to it later with engie it works, it's weird.
They're constantly working on planet generation. They'll have the metal placement bug fixed at some point. Beta is beta.
