When designing planets as far as crashable they should have check marks or a number box so we can set how many halleys it takes to crash a planet. Right now I don't know what determines how to set that accurately

There already is a number box.

When you click on a planet in the editor, don't click to edit the planet. Instead look at the box, there will be a box to set the number of Halleys.

I think so. Something like that. You'll know it when you see it.

It is Engines, yes (Looking at it right now - Planet, Position, Velocity, Engines, Mass are the 5 sections).
