Somebody should get a list of pm players #'s so that if and when a private gets going they could send out a mass txt. Just a thought.. idc who.. but someone should
Or just put down your snapchat name here and whenever I send you a **** pic, it means that a PM is starting.
I have around 20+ phone numbers of MNC people lol. I feel the twitter last year just wasn't popular enough because most people got twitter just for the occasion and weren't into it enough or didn't care for mobile alerts or know how to turn them on. With each passing year though twitters popularity and mainstream seems to grow exponentially so maybe another to at it would work this time around Edit: not saying it should be all on me or any one person, maybe 2-3 twitters to follow would be efficient, or not at all idk depends what people want to do with the game at this point. I'm satisfied with the regularity of the games now, the biggest hurdle is people getting along and bridging the balance in skill for good games Edit 2: also as unreasonable as it looks from the outside I would like to reiterate the H&S crowd plays several game together and for the sake of preference in playing with friends we would like to be allowed to play on the same team a little more often. Not necessarily H&S vs the world but occasions when there are 2-3 of us playing and everyone as usual absolutely refuses to be captains waiting for us to do it
Twitter you actually gotta check. Which is prob why it failed who knows.. im just spit ballin here. As far as playing together (as friends) or whatever you guys like to call it now adays, the pm lobbies plain and simply just Dont have enough skill for you guys to do that. Im down for those matches tho. Dont get me wrong.. but when u look at the next 6 skilled people who still play. It just doesnt work. For couple reasons. 1 being main classes gunked gunner my gunner.. 1example.. 2 (we are not friends for the most part) so as it may be fun for you guys it wouldnt be much fun for us. Again tho idc who does it, ive just heard countless times after privates a few people will get on and be like "damn wish i would have known i woulda got on sooner"
I see your points and they make sense but what usually ends up happening is we are in the lobby just to facilitate the PM. We have to be captains, we have to make sure we match up appropriately on classes to prevent mismatches, if there is an odd number of heavy slayers a mismatch is likely regardless, and the odd man out doesnt have as much fun. There needs to be a fair trade off where if we are consistently captains and facilitators and heavy slaying for our teams to present an opportunity to win and play with/against players at a higher level, that occasionally we should be granted our request to team up even to just play support tank assassin and be paired with any 3 slayers given to us. We tried it the other night with those BLITZ kids (granted they were terrible) and we lost handily lol but we enjoyed just playing together. And everyone was against it then too
As long as the majority of the lobby isn't filled with new players or non slayers I'm fine with letting you guys play together. It's tough to balance a lobby out, so if you wanna play together, either try to balance out the rest of your team, or maybe switch up classes every so often. I mean, I willingly picked skill and unmuted him for the sake of the private match. If that doesn't show the depths of hell I'll go through for privates, nothing will.
Might cost you guys quite a bit if I give you my number... Regarding the PM's, I'm pretty certain I'm not the only guy who is forced to be a captain but tries to be quiet so that others will do it. It's not hard to, it's fairly obvious who you should pick after the first game or 2 and you don't have / need to pick what classes the rest of the team should play as. It gets really boring and annoying when the same people have to be captain over and over again. If we could split H&S in half in private matches if we are all on and then pick the last 6 that would probably be the most fair way, depending on the lobby and how you split H&S.
In america we have 1800-Call-ATT (do we still have this?) but basically it's not gonna cost us a thing Except for the recent PM's since I haven't been there as frequent.. I think Chron and I have taken the captain roll the most out of everyone. At this point I don't mind being a captain because I've seen the results of when others have been captains. Yeah, it's not really hard, and others gotta step up and learn how to pick properly, but a lot of times it's just way lopsided. Of course there's been exceptions, but normally we end up picking in a way that doesn't try to **** the other team up. (monopolizing the gunners)
If other people are going to give their numbers and the PM hosts actually send messages every time then yeah I don't mind too much. Would like to do some PM's in the next few hours as there are quite a lot of people on at the moment. I'll try to get one started soon and see how many vets we can get in. Yesterday I only recognised Random Toon and Gunked, the slaying potential in that lobby was pretty bad so the more vets we have the better.
