People who know about the human body, please help me

I went to the doctors for some shots, and it turns out I haven't been given a lot of shots. 4 to be exact.

Anyways, the doctor proceeded to stab my right arm with 4 needles, and now I'm in serious pain (Getting that many needles into one muscle hurts for even a muscle man, but I'm practically stick and bones). The doctor told me to massage the muscle to keep the fluids going but whenever I do that it feels like my arm is being turned to mush. I'm typing this with one hand because my arm hurts so goddamn much, and to make it even worse I accidentally fell asleep (I meant to fall asleep on my back, but I'm a side sleeper).

I've taken pain killers (the extra strength Aspirin) but nothing seems to work. I was wondering about using ice to stiffen the muscle but the doctor said I needed to massage it to make the fluids going so I'm not sure what to do. Anybody think they can help?

Actually, something hot would help the blood flow, therefore the fluids. Try that

Do some drugs that will help take your mind off it (not aspirin) some real sh**.

Ah, just looked it up, ice constricts the blood vessels thus making the fluid harder to move.

Should probably be using heat then?

If I were you, I'd take a double dose of Ritalin and a glass of milk. Yeah, try that.

I don't get it, what does Ritalin do when mixed with milk?

Well, when I was a kid, my best friend Don had ADHD, and his mom ALWAYS gave him a glass of milk with his Ritalin so he wouldn't get an upset stomach. Just working from memory here. If you don't trust me, that's fine.
