I click on ranked matchmaking. A player is found; i accept. The counter goes to zero. My opponent hasn't accepted or declined the match. I am now stuck at zero on matchmaking. I waited for a while then clicked on decline only to be penalised. So i waited out the penalty and then found another match. Same thing happens and now i am penalised 14 minutes or so. Help!
