PC vs Xbox360

I have been thinking about buying the PC version but im not sure if i should. What do people that have played both think and witch on is more preferred? I have never gamed on PC before not sure if i will like it or not it seems fun from what i have seen people posting.

ive bought it, but havent played it yet cause my computer has a puny 128 MB Vram. im getting a new graphics card tomorrow though, and i can send you a free pass for three days if you want.

PC version is better. I'll just give you one reason: Dedicated servers. You will love them.

Trust me, it's not the server. I sometimes lag too and when I check my ping it's crap. The dedicated servers are awesome and performing perfectly in my experience.

Low ping = good right? I played on a dedicated server with 54 ping and my grapples wouldn't connect if my life depended on it (which it did). Also got slammed twice by the Jackbot in midair.

Hmm, 50ms should be fine usually. It's only a snapshot of your ping at the time you opened the server browser though, not a guarantee. Try another server then from a different host when it happens. Never had any issues like that unless my connection was spiking.

PC is better/gets updates faster, but I have more friends on my XBOX so... your choice really. Try both. MNC on XBOX has a 1 hour trial. And someone can send you an MNC trial for PC.

Plus, you can always use your wired controller on the PC version if you wanted to. Point is, there is no wrong way to play MNC

Clearly pc. Every match on MNC is just a joke connection wise unless your host.

And even if you are host, OH GOD THE FRAME RATE.

Yup, my connection had a hissy fit tonight and I even lost the connection to Steam for a moment. Really bad news when you play Assassin and half your grapples simply won't connect. I can feel your pain now Lief. :x
Still, all problems were on my end, the server worked fine for everybody else...

PS: If you have a semi-decent PC, why not give the Stem version a try? Worst thing that could happen is that you still like the Xbox version better and you spend an additional $15 for MNC. A good part of that goes straight to Uber, so it's for a good cause.

I can agree with the lag agruement but the updates on PC are horrible... The game on 360 is fine the way it is. The PC version over did it. More bot lanes(faster juice for assassins now...)? jetpack jump with a cooldown (no point in the clawing skill anymore for 360 players, if that patch comes over to 360 that is)?
no use for the lvl 3 freeze traps on sniper skill drain because of the low seconds their in the traps now? I can go on and on with the things I dont like about the updates on the PC platform.
