Patch is Corrupted *PLEASE HELP*

    Hey everyone, i just got a gaming computer and when i try to run/patch monday night combat, it says that the Map (dlc) i am trying to patch is corrupted. i have tried restarting my computer, uninstalling and re-installing three times But i get the same error.But u just got my new computer today and i have tried other games and they work fine, Any and all Tips are Appreciated. oh, and i downloaded it through steam and have a 64 bit system. Heres a picture of the error .

    Have you tried deleting the file and validating the game data?

    How do i do that? if you mean Verify game cache, i am trying that now, but every time i try there are always more files to be replaced. Ive done this about 5 times so far and i still get error messages, but they are for different map files

    Go to the directory and delete the map files?

    Steam\steamapps\common\monday night combat\HostileGame\CookedPC\Maps

    but then it says a bunch more files are corrupted, and if i delete them all the game wont work

    If it keeps saying new files are corrupted, either something is wrong with your computer or the entire MNC install is bad

    Either way uninstall and reinstall MNC

    I'm having the same problem, a reinstall doesnt help. I've uninstalled completely and reinstalled twice now and the same issue persists. Validating game files always comes up with at least 2 files that don't validate, and the patcher either encounters corrupt files and quits or just crashes on startup. I'm a big MNC fan, bought the 360 version on launch day and shelled out another $15 for the PC version too, but this is really making me lose faith in Uber.

    ive tried three times, andi have a brand new computer and even tried formatting my hard drive

    No one has a solution for this? Uber, you're about to lose a few customers...

    I just emailed support since I didn't get a response here. Hopefully I get a reply soon.

    It takes about 5mins from starting up the game to getting the same message, it's not always the same file.
    It also asks me at the start who (which windows login) would I like to run this application as or something like that.
    Options include current login, logging in as administrator, and a tock box for disabling some safety measures that supposedly protect my pc.
    I'm running windows XP.

    It's infuriating to not actually be able to run the game, and every time I try something and run the game again I have to wait what feels like an age to read a bullshit error message.

    I'm really frustrated and probably won't play the game any time soon.
    I was not totally sure about the game and got it out of curiosity, now I'm just pissed off.

    There's probably a solution out there. But I don't feel like trawling to fix it right now, maybe another day.

    Oh that is too bad. This game is damn fun and funny. Hope that Uber is not a busy so they can address this when you are back. In the mean time check out the rest of the forum.
