PA Titans Game will not load.

Played this afternoon, game worked fine no problem.

Tried this evening and it hangs on the Titans loading screen.
I've noticed I have seven "CoherentUI_Host.exe" processes that start running when I open run PA. Is that normal?
I verified the files with Steam and try a computer restart (as standard...)
still just hangs on the loading screen

Anyone else having the same issue?
