Could you check the list of known incompatible software? You can find the list here: https://wiki.palobby.com/wiki/Windows_Incompatible_Software Also does the crash occur when connecting to Playfab during logging in, or does it happen why you try to join a lobby, or does it happen when you connect to a game itself?
its reloads the game just fine but after a few seconds i get another pa.exe has stopped working. i disables all the software that was on the list but the same still happens.
