how do you want to get all the matches on one evening? You should give people a time, give them their "enemy" and let them fight a few days, cause idk if everyone have time at this moment.

Well 5 games should take only 3hr max. Pa tournament the way you describe just don't work in PA. This is much more efficient and makes. Fun community night out of it.

What ranking system will you be using?

I have military Ball 5 hours after this thing starts.

Which means I have to take my date to dinner porbably 3.5 hours after it starts.

Can we just delay it a week.....

One of the issues last time was getting the same system to everyone. I hope to have the system sharing mod ready by the time you do this tournament, which would probably help a lot.

Tournament will be 5 rounds. no finals since with 5 rounds and 64 people it will come down to the perfect scores in round 5 duking it out. Also 5 rounds with games going 30 minutes should be 2 and half hours. last tournament was a trial run. this one has 2 weeks before the kick off so it will be actually organized. last one was a 24 hour put together that was just a piece of **** in organization.

I think Lavasnake might be working on an open source Google apps engine server for it so that clans or leagues can host their own system sharing server.

I will be using pure PAStats ladder. I will update people seeds for the tournament tell 24 hours before the tournament. then they are locked in. I'm using PAStats because I love ELO systems and also I want to make the ladder more prevalent

On the other hand a good night out, good food, lots of drink and pleasurable company isnt something that comes up all the time unless your very lucky, so make the most of it

If you are unrated you are given the default of 2000

I will play, but if you need more Caster etc. I could help. If i play and lose early on, I can help with everything you need.

I hope to have net again this Thursday so I will hopefully be able to pkay in this and have enough time to get some good practice in before hand.
