I've tried a few fixes for this, but despite this file being clearly present in the PA launcher folder AND in system32 folder, it keeps glitching on me saying: PALauncher.exe - System Error The program can't start because MSVCP110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. The problem appeared to be solved after reinstalling and updating, but then the menu crashed and the message reappeared when I tried to start playing. Any thoughts?
Install Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 I recommend to install both x86 and x64 versions.
