PA launcher keeps crashing

i hit play it starts downloading an update but crashes before finishing. rinse and repeat.

any ideas?

Try from a different location. I had internet trouble for a while until I replaced my router. It only resulted in stalled downloads though, not total crashes.

New launcher no longer use .Net, I'll ask @mkrater to remove this one.

That's right the new launcher is cross-platform. Why would it use .net.

Am having the same problem. I managed to get into the game once but since then i haven't been able to do anything. Could you help?
