I have installed pa_setup from the link. When i run that the program installed a uberlauncher in \games\uber entertainment\planetarian annuhilation launcher. When i run that it installs a new copy of it en renames the old to *_old. And that is it. See dxdiag and log file for details. What to do.
Since the log says "GPU process crash", despite having updated drivers, I'll assume the launcher doesn't display / render at all ? If that's the case, you may try this
