Uber should really update the minimum required system specs. For example, the Mac Game Store is copying Uber's minimum GPU recommendation of a HD 4850. You will not be able to play the game with that card due to outdated legacy drivers - I'm speaking from experience.
*on windows The HD 4800 cards do work under Linux due to different drivers (don't think HD4000 range was used on mac). Edit: Apparently the HD4850 was used on Mac, and is listed as 'supported'... I don't know what drivers are used so I can't say either way. Interestingly it also states that HD4670 isn't supported which is strange as it has the same feature set and (based on my testing with some pretty weak boards) enough horse power?
It amazes me that PA is only $30USD at full price when other, similar games are released onto store shelves with a $100 price tag or more here in Australia. I bought Minecraft for the XB1 a few days ago and was totally fine with a $26AUD price - was even more surprised when it rewarded me for buying the 360 version a while ago and altered the price to $6. Good **** be cheap. Edit: Totally didn't realise there's a language censor on the forum.
Yeah I tried to post a link to a recipe on the BBC Food website, however due to the *name* of said dish the forum censored the link itself so it wasn't accessible haha. The odd thing is that some 'worse' words go through the censorship unscathed, the word in question is used as a slang term for a part of male anatomy but is also a name here in the UK as well as a popular (if a bit old-fashioned now) desert. I think Uber's forum guys should probably look at the list of censored words again as I think they've picked on the wrong ones!
Also, all you need to do is swap two letters, make one an asterisk, make one a number, push two words together, etc and it doesn't matter. It's like DRM, there's always a way around it.
Maybe it is time zone dependant? It might be doable that the server detects roughly what timezone your client is using and showing you the current state for your timezone. I think apple would do something fancy and usual as that.
