Hey all I assume we all know where this thread is going because I know I am not the only one with this problem. But of course, the game crashes while attempting to start. I bought the game because it was on sale and I am a die hard fan of the Total Annihilation series and this looks like a modern day Total annihilation. I uploaded my DxDiad also to see if anyone can help.
Your problem caused by built-in Windows 8 drivers: Those drivers don't have OpenGL support and PA don't work on them. You need to get drivers from AMD website installed and here is topic that explain how you can do that: http://steamcommunity.com/app/233250/discussions/2/648817378357910399/
