Pa.exe not responding

Hello I have pa for steam and I have tried everything to run the game and I have a white screen that stops responding when I interact with it. I have put my dxdiag file below. Whats wrong with my computer. I have already updated every thing on my computer.

you own the HP 630 Notebook PC right?

you are waaaaaaaaaaay under the minimal specs.

you need to change PCs if you want to play this.

What tatsujb said. Currently game is broken for these graphics cards on Windows, check FS#1993, but developers will check that and probably fix it in future builds. This is why you get white screen.

But with 2GB of RAM you just won't able to run it anyway, completely no chances.
