PA.exe has stopped working

My friend's game crashes before he can get in-game. Attached is his dxdiag.txt

He's got a 960M, 8GBS of RAM and Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40GHz (8CPUs), ~2.4GHz

dxdiag shows a 650M with old drivers and not a lot of available RAM:

• Driver Date/Size: 8/21/2012 07:13:00

sorry, I meant to say 650M. If he updates his drivers, think he can run the game?
