pa.exe has stopped working

please help - DxDiag.txt is attached. Game failed to launch from Steam with the following error message: "pa.exe stopped working".

I've been playing PA since Alpha a few days ago after one of the updates my problems started. We I play AI everything works almost fine but when I try to play another user it takes forever to load the match and most of the time once it does the planet I'm on is not there.
