Also be sure to update your driver for the integrated Intel graphics card as well (which is included on your Core i3, as that can otherwise cause issues). Another thing to note- you're on 32 bit windows, which means although you have 4gb of ram you can only actually use 2gb for any 1 programme (with only 3 gb total available to Windows). PA technically should work, however I would highly recommend you upgrade to 64 bit windows as otherwise you'll only be able to play on very small systems. Update your graphics drivers first off (get the AMD drivers from www.amd.com) and also the Intel drivers and the game should work, although I'd recommend sticking to single planet games at the moment. Edit: If you don't want to spend out on a new Windows licence, you could download and install Linux for free (the installation will allow you to run it beside windows so you won't loose anything). I'd recommend trying Ubuntu as it's pretty easy to use and well supported (www.ubuntu.com).
