Looks like your graphics card driver was last updated in 2009. We have links to the manufacturer's sites to download new drivers here: http://support.uberent.com/kb/faq.php?id=1 Same thing, your graphics card driver is outdated as well.
Same issue, old drivers: Code: Card name: AMD Radeon HD 6870M Driver Date/Size: 7/6/2011 15:00:42, 795648 bytes You need to download and install "Latest Beta Driver" from AMD website: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/mobile?os=Windows 7 - 64
Hey, I see you helping all kinds of people on this site and I just want to thank you on behalf of them, but I seem to be having the same problem as both of these guys. Here is my Dxdiag. You are awesome, Uncle Sam guy, you really are.
You have outdated drivers too: Code: Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU P6200 @ 2.13GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.1GHz Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics Driver Date/Size: 8/9/2012 15:21:16, 8314368 bytes I'm not 100% sure, but it's looks like you need those: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22521
I used the intel tool to get new ones, and it did; I don't know if its those. It still doesnt work. The new dxdiag is with this one.
Okay, I changed it to the one you recommended. It still crashes, in fact even more. I do restart my laptop every time I update it, and No, I don't use steam. Should I revert the driver to the one I had before you used the link? (Dxdiag for convenience.)
It crashes if I'm not too "gentle" with rapid clicking, when I try to start up a room, etc. Before it only crashed if I was generating a solar system.
I'm sent you PM, please read it. I think there some investigation require on why game crash with this iGPU.
