I was trying to log into Ubernet on the Steam edition of PA it didn't work so I just decided to quit but while the window closed, the process was still running. (Which led to me having to terminate Steam.exe to play anymore games.) I tried to terminate the process using task manager but I kept getting a "Access is Denied" error even though my user account has administrator privileges.
There was other player with exactly same issue. This helps him to fix the problem: restart laptop, remove PA though files: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Planetary Annihilation\ Then re-install game though Steam and it's should work. Also can you please check my signature and upload your dxdiag.txt.
