PA doesn't open.

I get UberLauncher in the tab below (windows) and the game never loads. What do i need to do?

Do you see the launcher login/update window or it's invisible?

In case of you can't see launcher window you can fix it this way:

1. Download this package:
   http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109
2. Then run it, extract to accessible directory.
3. Open this directory, find and run "DXSETUP.exe" installer.
4. After installation finished try to run launcher once again.
