    Hello support forum!
I have a friend who is running the current version of PA with no mods. Every time he joins a game, his game crashes. He has followed all the steps on the steam forum discussion about the topic and has even uninstalled and re installed PA, but the problem continues to persist. Does anyone else have this problem, and is their some way to solve it?
    Thanks.

    Hello,

The first thing your friend could do is to post his Dxdiag so that others can see if his system is the problem.

Press <Win>+R, type "dxdiag", then press the "save all information" button and upload it here.

You should attach the produced Dxdiag.txt, following the steps above and the "Upload a File" button. The info you posted is missing the important information, namely the video card and installed driver version. Out of date drivers are the cause of a lots of the reported issues.

    I'll check with him.
No, he isn't running any third party software like mods or stuff like that.

Proper dxdiag.txt would be great. Thanks.

By third party software he doesn't mean mods... things like recording software, bluetooth drivers and weird stuff like that can cause problems...
