Dedicated servers cost money. And, unfortunately as we've seen in games like Left 4 Dead, using a dedicated server doesn't mean games will be lag-free. Just try to find some good hosts and send them FRs, it's the best you can really do. If you're lucky, maybe you'll meet someone with an ultra high speed connection that could actually host better than an average dedicated server would do <3
