One thing i'm so confused about

why call it MONDAY night combat?

Because it conjures up the feeling of a big special event in this fictional dystopian future where violence is commonplace and death is cheap. Essentially, it's as if MNC has replaced American football to satiate the public's need for violence & product placement opportunities.


I suggest watching the movie "Idiocracy." According to a few forum goers who played with the devs, it was a source of inspiration of the game's universe.
