You realize the browser you are using right now is a JSON parser, right? If you're using chrome or firefox, just pop up the console and paste it in to get a nice formatted, foldable tree!

If you work out where the values for "strategic_icons_address":15 are defined (ie. how the numbers map to the icons in /PA/media/pa/ui/strategic_icons), let me know because I can't find it anywhere. It's probably hard-coded at this point

Yes, we internally use 4 spaced tabs for all of our files, but the json files get stripped of whitespace when going through our build process.
