Offline Mode on below spec Comps

If someone is not logged in to PlayFab and is below recommended specs to play PA offline, allow them to start a game anyway even if they're server usage is set to auto, simply display along the bottom: "Using local server on below spec machine. Due to your specifications you may experience poor performance using a local server. We recommend using PlayFab servers if possible due to these specifications."

I simply see a lot of people on the steam forums who think the game still has drm and don't realize that the reason they can't start a game is due to their below spec comps, not due to any DRM found in PA. Uber fix pl0x.

Other good thing would be way to bypass PlayFab login / registration for folks who want it.

Changing it into an option would be nice. Just a bypass button. Literally, just put a button on the launcher login, that says launch offline, and all that button does is launch PA.EXE. Then, it wouldn't hurt to make another "expansion menu" when you click "local game" that displays 2 options "official servers" or "local server".

That way, people can see right off the bat how to get that local game fired up.

Of course offline works fine on below spec computers by setting local server to 'on'.

+1 to a dedicated offline mode button though as some people can be a bit... Helpless when it comes to settings
