I've been trying to tell a friend about which tech upgrades I found during my most recent Galactic War but I can't find a list of what upgrades there are. Is this documented anywhere? I've looked and can't find it. Also, is there an official unit list? I've been to http://pa-db.com/ and it's awesome but is that official? Is there any official documentation of all the lore for the game? In Galactic War there are all these stories about the systems, is that stuff available anywhere other than in game?
Not in a pretty form, but all of the available GW cards are in <PA Install Dir>/media/ui/main/game/galactic_war/cards/ and the systems are in <PA Install Dir>/media/ui/main/shared/js/star_system_templates.js
