When I'm playing I notice that many times I end up being able to only soften up bots just before they enter the range of my rocket turrets and not go any further. I never get close enough to start damaging turrets and end up in long matches gathering money to spawn tons of bots and my life usually ends when a sniper or assasin notices me. I need some tips on getting close and taking out turrets while leading a small army of bots as an Assault. I say Assault because I'm focusing on the class though tips for other classes are welcome.
If your not make sure and constantly jumping and moving around to avoid snpier/assassins. what endorsements do you have on your assault? If you don't have rate of fire then killing bots and turrets takes longs than you wont. As an assault don't try and get to close keep a distance until you grenade launcher the turret and the bots.once this happens if you don't have juice than try and buy it (if you have the money) and kill pros to push your bots in. The grenade launcher is all you need to kill bots/turrets.
