odd PTE game lobby

When I joined a regular Titans game through the PTE, the game lobby was a jumble of boxes. restarting PTE did not help. Verified I had the latest PTE patch and version.txt edited

Yeah that's symptomatic of broken mods affecting new_game.js.

And judging by the thread, it has been a problem for nearly a year now but the developer has moved on. Can it be removed from PAMM & CMM?
