PA#3801 - Unable to rapidly switch between control/ctrl groups

Fixes issue in inputmap.js with interposed wrapping_fn blocking mousetrap parameters from reaching the doubleTap handler.

Version 1.1 enables the version canery, since we have word that will be fixed in the next build.

This caught Uber's attention. I don't know if it will be fixed in next build, but SOON.

I am fixing this in mainline right now. It got broken when we added the audio handling.
