[Obscure Bug] Radar Underwater Layer Don't Use Energy

    Was modding. Suprised nobody else figured this out. Guess this community can't live without me for a month or two.

    Anyway, I noticed beside observable underwater radar layer, that it doesn't specify to use energy. I did not confirm, but can assume infer, that the radar should be able to always detect underwater radar blips at a range of 600.

    P.S. my mod is turning underwater detection off for all that surface junk. Naval will be the only junk able to detect any subs, and that will make them more tactically dangerous (albeit anything that could threaten subs anyway can see subs at full range so anti sub is still anti sub).
