Not to be a total annoyance or anything.. (DLC)

When is it coming out.. cause I havent been playing much cause of the glitches & hackers. Such as the assassins juice/speed etc. Ive also been busy so that is another reason. Whenever this DLC comes out i'll be on more again playing cause most of those things will be gone so we all can play legit. I really dont understand for those who need to cheat to have fun. I just dont get it at all. I find it really pointless & annoying. People like that need a life. Anyways if you admins wanna keep it a secret its cool but I was just wondering send me a message if you are secretive about it.
