How is this different from how the game has always been? If you want a challenge, you have to play good teams in scrims and such. We're trying to organize a tournament, but no one wants to make a team and have a challenge. Yet you all complain about pub players being bad and such. Either you want to play good people or you don't, you can't have it both ways.

Gee why, THANKS buddy. Am I practically the only person WITH skill here that only plays Public Games? Honestly, only because I have no friends to play against/with in Private Matches. Plus, who WANTS to play in Private Matches? They bore me.
I'm not your buddy, pal. Perhaps I worded that post wrong. What I meant was, most of the veterans either moved on to other games or play mostly private matches. There are still some pretty good pub players, but you won't run into them very often. Why that is, I have no idea. For me, private matches give me the opportunity to play with my friends and not roll over every team that gets randomly put in my lobby. That gets incredibly boring very quickly.

theres still good people who play pubs, but he's right about most of the skilled players moved on to privates. Pubs are boring, Privates are boring.. to each their own, but for me it's a lot more fun playing an intense game of mnc that requires a lot of teamwork, then going around playing with retards. we hated the quality of pubs, so we made privates. you guys are complaining about pubs.. but still playing pubs? Why isn't there a private match hosted by the Mediocres? Nobody wants to play privates when they have to go up against some of the best players all on the same team.
That's a great idea. Mediocres for the, not to berate anyone, not so good/not much free time/could careless players. Tom#'s for the drunks, fools and asshat players. Chron for the serious players. Private matches can be and are really fun, that is if the playing field is even though.
I'd love to play support or assassin in a mediocre's game, and sort of sit back and observe. I'd give some pointers or advice if it was wanted. I'd just heal or prevent bots from coming in the base and let the new players have a chance to duke it out in friendly privates.
Coordination issues. Several team members are having problems connecting regularly. That said, I've been considering starting a weekly or so private match thing just for the people who are on the Mediocres' level - e.g., above most pubs but below the people like xShammas (or whoever is considered really good at the game, YMMV). It'd probably take place on Fridays or Saturdays.
