No Overtime! I never really liked the idea of ovvertime. I have been on teams where we have been dominating to whole time just to lose in overtime. Its two completly different modes and I feel having overtime makes the first 15 mins of the game pointless. I know not everyone would agree that why I would propose having a mode where overtime is taken off. Customizing Characters. I would like to see more customizing than just the endorsments. What if each character had an aresenal of different weapons, skillz and robots they could choose from that applied to their class. Meaning a sniper would be able to choose from different sniper rifles, maybe one would have a bigger clip but do less damage or maybe have weapons that are off the wall like a bow and arrow that would have its own set of properties. Same would apply to every class. Same go for skillz, maybe have a list of 5 or 6 skillz that a player could choose from and place them either on x,y, or b. This way it would keep the oppents guess on how to fight an oppnent instead of already knowing what to do. The last but not least is the customizing of the robots you can spawn. Same as the skillz and weapons just having different robot you can choose from to apply to your class. Let me know what yall think!
Your right dominating was poor choice of words, I meant your team has board controll and your going to win if there was a little more time, But you just get juice rushed when overtime come into play.
I don't understand why matches go into overtime if the moneyballs' health aren't equal. I would think overtime should be reserved for when neither moneyball has less health. Adds a little more meaning or intensity to the main 15 minutes, and more urgency when a moneyball is under attack. Destruction of the moneyball during the main 15 minutes would simply indicate a decisive win, and maybe carry a larger bonus.
If that was the case a team would put damage into the Moneyball then camp the rest of the game to get the "easy" win. I, for one, love the concept of Overtime. Btw, there was no need to bump this thread three times. Besides the fact everything you said isn't new ideas and already have threads on them with plenty of community members' input.
I think that overtime is a good idea, but just not used properly in this game. I think that only if both moneyballs are within 20% damage of each other then overtime should come into play, but if one team has done more than 20% damage than the other - they win!
See that's the thing, it's not who can do more damage to the Moneyball in 15 minutes. It's which team can destroy the Moneyball first within 15 minutes, if no team has done so then overtime hits.
